Malindo Air Increases Free Baggage Allowance

[Updated 14/02/2015] We’ve just updated the latest information regarding Malindo Air Baggage Allowance.

Great news to all Malindo Air’s passengers! Malindo Air has increased its Free Baggage Allowance for Economy Class from 15kg to 20kg. That means you can carry more and pay nothing for 20kg of your checked-in baggage when flying to international destinations with Malindo Air. This new policy is applicable for all passengers flying from 23 May 2013 onwards.

Important note: The amount of free checked baggage allowance will vary according to the route, class of travel, terms and conditions of ticket.

Hand Carry Baggage

• One piece hand carry luggage (Business & Economy Class)- 7kg (Free) per passenger (30 x 40 x 20 cm)

Check-in Baggage Allowance for Domestic Flights

• Business Class – 40kg (Free)
• Economy Class – 15kg (Free)

Note: Additional charges will be incurred if you exceed the baggage allowance above:

*ATR aircraft – RM35 per kg

*Boeing aircraft – RM35 per kg

• (KUL – TRZ – KUL): Business Class – 40kg (Free), Economy Class – 30kg (Free)

• (KUL -DEL – KUL): Business Class – 40kg (Free), Economy Class – 20kg (Free)
• (KUL – VTZ – KUL): Business Class – 40kg (Free), Economy Class – 30kg (Free)

Note: Additional charges will be incurred if you exceed the baggage allowance above:

*VTZ, BOM, DEL, TRZ, COK – INR 1,000 per kg

*KUL – RM45 per kg

Bangladesh
